Production kitchen Night Shift Cook/Kitchen worker

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Cook/Kitchen staff for our NIGHT SHIFT. This role is involves four weeknights and one weekend nights work.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, to production deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and provide hands-on support as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook/kitchen staff, preferably in a high production kitchen.
  • Ability to work a small team, working effectively under pressure.
  • Strong knife skills and experience working with food processing equipment.
  • Workplace flexibility to work weekends. HACCP experience an advantage.

Shifts:

  • The role is currently planned to start at 10pm-6am with a deal of flexibility in those hours.

Benefits and Renumeration:

Successful candidates can purchase personal fruit and vegetables at 50% of wholesale price and limited grocery lines, seafood and meat at a heavily discounted rate. Renumeration on application.
