About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Attendant - Kitchen Staff, you'll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest is with exceptional Food and Beverage. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
  • Ensuring the consistent, high-quality preparation and execution of Food and Beverage.
  • Working as part of a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

About You:

We're looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:

  • A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.

Availability:

With great movies come great responsibilities We offer flexible, rotational shifts but need team members who can be available during peak times. This includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, so please provide your availability in your application.
