KPARTNER is a residential developer and interior construction business headquartered in Sydney. We deliver projects from under A$1m to A$100m+. With a growing pipeline, we're adding two pivotal hires — Finance Manager and Project Coordinator — plus several Site Foremen (Construction Supervisors) to strengthen capability and accelerate delivery.

Languages: English required; Mandarin a plus.


Finance Manager

Overview

A hands-on, end-to-end role. You will oversee governance, compliance and reporting, while optimising finance operations and systems to support projects and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Tax & compliance: BAS, FBT, payroll tax; statutory and management reporting
  • Project reporting & cost analysis: partner with construction teams to ensure accurate commercial outcomes
  • Cashflow & planning: cash management, budgeting and rolling forecasts; month-end/year-end close
  • Reporting & analysis: management accounts, statutory reports, financial models and business analysis
  • Core operations: AP/AR, invoicing, GL, balance sheet reconciliations (including intercompany, PAYG)
  • Audit: prepare annual audit plan; liaise with external auditors to complete the statutory audit
  • Processes & systems: continuously improve templates and usage across Xero/Excel

What you'll bring

  • CA/CPA qualified, with solid experience in construction/development or related sectors
  • Strong grasp of project costing and cashflow logic; disciplined with data and deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office; clear cross-team communication
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented; bilingual (Chinese) a plus

Project Coordinator

Overview

Work across residential development and gyprock projects to coordinate schedule, cost and communications, driving orderly progress and quality delivery within established processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Reporting & documentation: prepare weekly/monthly status updates; maintain project records and comms workflows
  • Coordination & delivery: collaborate with project/site teams; drive issue closure and handover readiness
  • Procurement tracking: raise and track POs for materials, subcontractors and equipment; keep records audit-ready
  • Cost & change control: monitor budgets, variations and cost compliance; maintain core registers
  • Regular updates: brief the Project/Building Services Manager on key items and decision points

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years in gyprock or residential development (project coordination/planning/site or project management)
  • Sound understanding of construction scheduling; able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PM tools (e.g., Gantt/schedules)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; problem-solving mindset; detail-driven; thrives in a fast pace
  • Nice to have: diploma/degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related; current driver's licence
