About Us

Canberra Imaging Group (CIG), a Sonic Healthcare owned entity, has been providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging services to the ACT and surrounding NSW for over 60 years.

We are seeking candidates to fill permanent full time positions available within our contact centre located in Phillip, ACT.

The Role

As a Patient Booking Service Operator, you will often be the first point of contact for our patients and referring practitioners.

This is a position where you can make a positive difference to an individual's healthcare experience.

You will be responsible for scheduling diagnostic imaging bookings for patients across all our sites in the ACT and NSW, managing appointments to maximise clinic efficiencies.

About You

We are looking for team members who have:

  • the ability to build rapport with patients quickly and show a genuine concern and empathy for their wellbeing

  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • strong attention to detail

  • proven customer service skills

  • an ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • experience within a contact centre (highly regarded)
