Our **OSHC services** provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.

Exciting opportunities exist for **Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Leadership Positions** to join our team across different OSHC Services:

- **OSHC Qualified Educators (CSE 3) - Multiple Locations**:

- **OSHC Assistant Coordinators (CSE 3-4) - Multiple Locations**:

- **OSHC Team Leader (CSE 4-5) - Multiple Locations**

**Key Accountabilities**

**1. OSHC Qualified Educator**:

- Deliver high-quality OSHC programs that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.

**2.**OSHC Assistant Coordinator**:

- Support the Coordinator in the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service.
- Assist with program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Provide support and supervision to the qualified educators as required.
- Act as a responsible person as defined by ACECQA.

**3.**OSHC Team Leader**:

- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager/OSHC Manager and other leadership staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the service.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service, including program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement program plans that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.

**Our offer**
- Permanent full time or part time appointments (23 - 38 hours/week).
- Salary of $59,246 to $75,338.58 p.a. (pro-rata for part-time), depending on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- 10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement. Broken shift allowance (w
- applicable).
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
- 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for full & part-time employees.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months service).

**Qualifications and Experience**

**1. OSHC Qualified Educator**:

- Enrolled and working towards a Diploma in early childhood education and care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the Early Years Learning Framework and the My Time Our Place Framework.

**2.**OSHC Assistant Coordinator**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care / Completed Certificate IV in Out of School Hours Care/ Education Support/ Youth Work/ Lifestyle & Leisure OR Completed 1 year of any degree or Diploma and 1 year experience working with children over preschool age (or ACEQA approved equivalent).
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

**3.**OSHC Team Leader**:

- Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACEQA approved equivalent)
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning frameworks.
