How you'll make an impact
As a Performance Partnerships & Referrals Specialist, you will play a critical role in contributing to new
customer acquisition growth by supporting the execution of our affiliate marketing program, with a
primary focus on our 3x3 markets. You will leverage data-driven insights to support the identification
of high-performing affiliates, execute targeted, pre-defined campaigns, and contribute to incremental
revenue growth. Your expertise in partner relationship management will help build strong
collaborations with affiliates, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Additionally, you
will use pre-selected marketing technologies and AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in
defined, routine tasks . By continuously monitoring program performance and analysing trends, you
will identify opportunities and provide recommendations to senior team members, contributing to
sustained business success.
What you'll do- Use pre-selected AI tools to support the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of new affiliate partners.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, resources, and communication to support performance goals.
- Execute pre-defined affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies to meet acquisition targets under the direction of the channel lead.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on affiliate program performance, using data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with peers in the broader marketing team to ensure affiliate messaging and creative are aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns.
- Focus on operational tasks, such as ensuring program compliance with all terms, conditions, and brand guidelines, using pre-selected AI-driven monitoring and auditing tools.
- Measurable growth in the number of active, high-quality affiliate partners across the 3x3 markets (AU, UK & US)
- Consistent achievement of targets for new customer acquisition driven by the affiliate channel.
- Optimisation of top performing Affiliates.
- Efficient use of pre-selected AI tools for defined, routine tasks.
- Strong, positive relationships built with top-tier B2B partners across our core markets.
- Affiliate Marketing: Proven experience in managing and growing an affiliate marketing program.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, etc.).
- Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- SaaS/B2B (Preferred): Experience in a SaaS or B2B marketing environment is highly desirable.
- AI Tools (Preferred): Strong experience driving AI efficiencies through affiliate marketing channels.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build, manage, and nurture strong, productive relationships with external partners.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable, data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner outreach, negotiation, and internal reporting.
- Proactive & Organised: A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong organisational skills to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
