About the role
HyFy Pod Hotels is Australia's first tech-enabled smart pod hotel brand created for the new generation of travellers. HyFy offers a new standard of hospitality where technology meets community, redefining how people connect, rest, and experience urban stays.
We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead HyFy's pre-opening and launch phases — driving brand awareness, digital presence, and meaningful collaborations that position our flagship Melbourne CBD property as Australia's most connected smart hotel ahead of its soft launch in early 2026.
This role requires strong brand-building instincts, digital marketing expertise, and a partnership-driven mindset. You'll work hands-on across social media, content, events, and collaborations — turning bold ideas into high-impact campaigns that bring the HyFy brand to life and connect with today's modern travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Social Media
● Manage HyFy's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and maintain a consistent brand voice.
● Coordinate photo/video shoots aligned with the brand's content pillars (Smart Pod Life, Melbourne to the Max, Stay Connected).
● Curate and publish UGC (user-generated content) and influencer collaborations.
● Schedule and track organic and paid posts using Meta Business Suite.
- Digital & Performance Support
● Work with digital agencies/freelancers to execute SEO, paid ads, and website updates.
● Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and produce monthly reports.
● Support email marketing (Mailchimp/HubSpot) and database growth campaigns
- Brand Partnerships & PR
● Coordinate partnerships (e.g. OnlyCoffee Project, AirAsia, local cultural events).
● Liaise with PR consultants for press releases, influencer visits, and launch activations.
● Maintain the media kit and partnership decks.
- Campaign Coordination
● Execute the Bookings Launch, Soft Launch (Beta Testers), and Hard Launch campaigns following the LB strategy roadmap.
● Oversee competitions, UGC drives, and on-site activation logistics.
● Keep timelines, budgets, and contractors aligned.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
● 2–4 years' experience in marketing, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brands.
● Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
● Excellent copywriting, creative coordination, and visual storytelling skills.
● Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
● Passionate about travel, design, and community-driven hospitality brands.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience with pre-opening hotel or brand launch campaigns.
● Knowledge of influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or PR outreach.●
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or digital project management tools (e.g. Trello, ).
