About the Role

You will play a vital role in the coordination of rosters to ensure essential services are properly resourced to meet the needs and services of our participants.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with our team of support workers and match their skills and

experience to the needs of our participants.

Allocate and fill scheduled shifts to ensure daily participant services are

provided.

Manage any shift changes or late cancellations to ensure services are

delivered to participant in a timely manner.

Solve operational challenges independently and liaise with the clinical

Care Partners to ensure they are informed of changes to rosters.

Key Requirements:

Previous demonstrated experience in a rostering, scheduler or similar role

is essential.

Genuine passion for supporting and caring for elderly people.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Profic
i
ency in computer operations, including rostering platforms and the

Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and within

a team.

Excellent understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.

The following will also be required of successful applicants:

Valid driver's license.

Working rights in Australia.

NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
