Brightstar Nursing Australia is looking for **Assistant in Nurse - Medicated Nurse **to work inCentral West of New South Wales, Australia.

**Duties**
- Medication management
- Monitor, assess, record and report symptoms or changes in patient’s situation.
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist patients with daily living such as meals, mobility and hygiene
- Wound care and management
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plan
- Great communication skills, customer service & resident relation skills
- Ability to work well independently and autonomously
- Commitment and Passion to quality patient care

**What you will need**:

- Current Medication Competency Record
- Working rights in Australia
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Complete Immunisation history
- A willingness to work a variety of shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
