Description

Join our team at our Warehouse Team at our Carole Park site as a Warehouse Administrator This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations ensuring every movement of finished product is recorded accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Process stock receipts and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and manage documentation for outbound deliveries
  • Coordinate transport bookings and update portals for major retailers
  • Generate essential warehouse paperwork including labels and pick slips
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
