IPA Adelaide are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a team in Royal Park. Our client is a leading provider of innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Administrator to join the team at their brand new warehouse in Royal Park. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, managing inventory, and supporting the logistics and distribution process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels by performing regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, including packing lists, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Assist in the coordination of order processing, including picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and generate reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to optimise warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to support overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse administration (Desirable)
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
