Job Description

  • Coordinate and execute the rollout of Windows 11 across the organisation.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from existing systems to Windows 11.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all systems and applications are compatible with Windows 11.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and user guides.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the rollout to key stakeholders.
  • Address any technical challenges that arise during the migration process.
  • Train staff on new features and functionalities of Windows 11 as required.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Windows 11 Rollout Professional Should Have

  • Proven experience in technology deployment or system migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills to provide training and support to users.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
