What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking or underwriting
  • Experience at entry level customer service or support roles within general insurance for entry level Broking or Underwriting roles
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service
