About the Role

As the ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of a major ERP system across the Pacific region. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary liaison between regional business units, global ERP teams, IT, and external vendors. You'll be responsible for defining project scope, developing and managing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with global standards while tailoring solutions to local needs. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams through all phases of implementation, managing vendor relationships, overseeing system integrations, and driving change management initiatives. The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years' hands-on experience leading ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • A proven track record of delivering full lifecycle ERP projects, from planning and configuration through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture and integration points with CRM, data warehouse, and back-office platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies.
  • Personal attributes such as passion, diligence, adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and exceptional organisational skills.
