Working at CQUniversityCQUniversity's Research Division is responsible for driving the University's research agenda, supporting high-impact initiatives and ensuring compliance with national research policies. This includes coordinating strategic planning, overseeing policy development and review, and providing critical support to research leaders across the University.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of research operations. Your primary objective will be to coordinate divisional projects, support reporting and planning processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also contribute to policy reviews, and the development of strategic initiatives, and provide high-level advice to guide operational decision-making. You will bring a proactive, detail-focused approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills, along with proven experience in coordinating projects and interpreting policy within a large or complex organisation.

- Proven experience coordinating projects, reporting and planning activities in a complex organisation.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- High-level written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, policies and briefing materials.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and provide advice on compliance, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
