Client Services Specialist
to join our Adelaide team on a
casual basis (around 10 hours per week)
, ideal for someone returning to the workforce, balancing family life, or seeking meaningful, flexible professional work.

The Role

Working closely with our Director, you'll be the steady presence that keeps our operations running smoothly and our clients feeling cared for. You'll:

  • Implement Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
  • Prepare and process client applications and documents
  • Maintain accurate client data within Xplan
  • Coordinate appointments and manage client communications
  • Support compliance, risk, and operational excellence
  • Provide proactive admin and operational support that keeps everything seamless

You'll make the complex feel simple, anticipate needs before they arise, and treat each task, big or small, with the care and accuracy our clients deserve.

About You

Y
ou're confident, dependable, and have a natural sense of pride in doing things well. You don't need hand-holding, you own your role and deliver to high standards every time. You bring a calm energy, genuine gratitude for clients (after all, they're

we exist), and a bit of hustle when it's needed.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience in financial planning administration
  • Confidence using Xplan (or the initiative to master it quickly)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the kind that spots the small stuff others miss
  • The ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently
  • A proactive mindset and natural problem-solving instincts
  • A warm, professional style that makes people feel at ease
