FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a well known and established Top 20 Accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm provides their outstanding client base services ranging from tax compliance, corporate tax, audit, wealth creation and advisory.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

  • Support the accounting team
  • Client relationship management
  • Managing workflow and deadlines
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • ASIC Corporate Compliance
  • Database management
  • Assisting the marketing team with event management and the creation of marketing material
  • Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
