As a
Program Operations Manager (Microsoft CSP),
you will
build and develop the market for the Productivity and Microsoft Program
through becoming a
subject matter expert for vendor programs
and products. It also involves collaborating with Marketing to build targeted campaigns, onboard new partners and transitioning unmanaged partners into managed territories.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Being the
    subject matter expert for vendor programs
    and products by taking ownership of vendor programs, especially
    Microsoft CSP and providing product and licensing advice
    to internal team and external
  • Creating digital artefacts such as blogs, newsletters, email templates, webinars, to communicate program and product updates
    to internal and external sales teams
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders on executing market strategy through account planning, service delivery and reporting on sales activities as required
  • Identifying new partners and customers across the entire Crayon channel
    and key product, solution, and vendor cross-selling opportunities by meeting with potential customers and partners to recruit them
  • Administering and documenting internal business development infrastructure,
    entering and maintaining contact, opportunity and activity records in the Crayon CRM system, providing regular reporting through these sales tools

Your Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in sales account management or related customer success role
  • Proactive, resourceful, able to resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills, able to independently engage & present to partners & vendors
  • Possess or willing to possess Microsoft certificate MS900
