Despite its growth, Auscamp maintains a community-focused approach, ensuring a personalized touch in all its programs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Operations Manager, located in Victoria.
The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor education programs.
Day-to-day tasks include managing program logistics, supervising staff, ensuring safety standards are met, liaising with schools, clients and community groups, and developing new program offerings.
Additionally, the role involves ensuring all equipment is maintained and ready for use, and working closely with the GM to achieve organizational goals.QualificationsExperience in program planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor activitiesStrong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of safety standards and risk management in outdoor settingsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clientsExperience in equipment management and maintenanceBachelor's degree in Outdoor Education, Physical Education, or related field is preferredFirst Aid certification and WWCC essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in conducting training sessions for staff is beneficial
