Solicitor – Criminal Injuries Compensation

Full Time | East Fremantle | Private Parking Bay

CLP Legal is a plaintiff-focused personal injury law firm, committed to supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives, with offices located in East Fremantle and Perth.

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to lead our dedicated Criminal Injuries Compensation (CIC) team based in our East Fremantle office.

The Role

  • Lead our CIC team, supervising and mentoring two Legal Assistants.
  • Manage your own caseload of CIC matters while supporting team performance.
  • Opportunity to broaden into other personal injury practice areas (e.g. motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, public liability) once established and meeting targets.
  • Work from our East Fremantle office, with the benefit of a private parking bay.

About You

  • 2+ years PAE with demonstrated experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Prior exposure to CIC matters will be highly regarded.
  • Confident team leader with the ability to supervise junior staff.
  • Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
