Now Hiring: Experienced HD Fitters – FIFO to WA Mine Site

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Duty Fitters to join our dynamic maintenance team at a new underground mine site in Western Australia. Choose between a 2/1 roster or 8/6 roster, and play a key role in maintaining and diagnosing heavy-duty equipment on site.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled servicing, minor rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on a medium fleet of Sandvik, Epiroc, and Normet underground machinery
  • Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out effective repairs
  • Identify, interpret, and refurbish parts and accessories for reuse
  • Meet maintenance deadlines and contribute to workshop efficiency
  • Work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment

What You'll Need
  • Australian-recognized Heavy Duty Mechanic trade certificate
  • Current and valid C Class driver's licence
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Recent, proven experience in underground heavy mining equipment maintenance (highly regarded)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently when required
