About the role

Are you an experienced heavy diesel mechanic looking for a full time casual role in Southwest/peel region and in WA? All Site Diesel Pty Ltd is seeking skilled mechanics to join our team supporting the mining and resources industry. We currently have multiple roles available ranging from 8/6 day shift only local roles and 2/1 dayshift only fifo roles providing flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heavy diesel equipment such as excavators, trucks and loaders
  • Conducting scheduled servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical and electrical issues
  • Providing high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols

What we're looking for

  • Relevant trade qualification as a heavy diesel mechanic
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally in the mining or resources sector
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work safely and effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
