The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Member Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily phone-based and involves engaging with prospective and current members, with a focus on providing excellent service while achieving sales outcomes.

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships
• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
• Be available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

To thrive in this role, you'll need these required certificates:

• First Aid
• CPR
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check

About You

We're looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game Here's what makes you could bring to our club:

• Previous experience in phone-based sales, call centre, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards set KPIs and targets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems or similar tools is an advantage.
