Rumble Sales Associate

Rumble Boxing is seeking a Sales Associate to assist our Owners and Club Manager with front of house, sales and bookings for our Mona Vale & Cromer studio. This is a casual role with approximately 15 to 25 hours per week of work, kindly note there will be a weekend day of work required.

If you are also have instructor expertise, we are also looking more staff to take our epic 45min Rumble sessions, this will be an added bonus and open more hours for you.

About Rumble Boxing
- Founded in New York in 2017, Rumble is a boutique boxing concept that has sparked a new generation of boxers with high-intensity circuit-style workouts. Rumble was created to shake up the stale norms of the group fitness world and is committed to less cheesy fitness B.S. and more authenticity. It’s group fitness for the individual, delivering 45-minute, 10-round, full-body strength and conditioning workouts crafted around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet members and welcome them to the studio
- Assist with member check-in and glove fitting
- Have a thorough understanding of the brand, the workout and the experience which can be translated to both members and prospects
- General cleaning of the studio including the studio, bathrooms and toilets
- General studio upkeep duties including washing and folding towels, management of glove-drying/cleaning system, writing on lockers with new member/milestone announcements and birthdays
- Administer sales calls
- Implement, assist and/or manage grassroots marketing initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of the studio management and booking system
- Managing prospects and members through our CRM
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

- A love of the boutique fitness environment is a must
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Sales experience preferred with a willingness to learn
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, great negotiation skills

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Work Location: In person
