A Job Coach's Day involves:

  • Working as part of a team ensuring all inbound calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Communicating with jobseeker customers to obtain employment status and information
  • Booking future appointments to support engagement and appointment currency
  • Completing job search quality checks for Workforce Australia regions
  • Ensuring all individual and team KPI's are met including targets, outcomes, claims and all servicing requirements
  • Ensuring customers file notes and all other documentation are relevant, and in line with the minimum contractual standards
  • Conduct administrative activities consistent with Employment Services contractual and legislative requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must...

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
