The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Gunnedah branch. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all inbound parts queries, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and process customer parts requests, including pricing, stock availability, and order enquiries
  • Source and supply parts to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices
  • Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate data entry and uphold attention to detail

About You:

  • Previous experience in parts interpreting or a similar role
  • Background in automotive, agricultural, or earthmoving industries
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering excellent service
