About the Role

Ready to drive real growth in Sydney's security and integrated solutions sector?  PSG is looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion. This is not just a traditional sales role—you will be the driver of our expansion, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into tangible business wins.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into contracts, and positioning PSG as the trusted partner of choice. You will also collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are delivered seamlessly, maintaining PSG's reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by identifying opportunities, nurture leads, and converting them into new business
  • Build trusted client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue through smart growth strategies and clear reporting
  • Ensure accurate and strategic pipeline management using our CRM system

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in business development or sales within security, facilities or similar service
  • Proven ability to secure new contracts and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of security operations, compliance requirements, and tendering
  • Commercially astute, self-driven, and results-focused
  • Experience in tendering and contract negotiation is highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence essential
