Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team for a full-time role on a major project in Mooloolaba, QLD. This position offers consistent, long-term work for 12–18 months, with opportunities to continue with our team on future projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finish concrete surfaces using troweling, floating, edging, and other finishing techniques
  • Interpret and work from construction drawings and project specifications
  • Prepare surfaces and materials prior to concrete pours
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve deadlines and high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues on site
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher
  • Strong knowledge of concrete properties, pouring, and finishing techniques
  • Experience across commercial projects preferred
  • Ability to work in various site conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
