Our Accessory Fitters play an important role in preparing our guests' new vehicles for delivery. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll be hands-on in fitting accessories such as bull bars, tow bars, and other vehicle enhancements — ensuring every vehicle that leaves our workshop is safe, complete, and ready to impress.


Our ideal team member has the following:
  • Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories or working in a trade/automotive environment
  • A can-do, team-focused attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • A commitment to a safe and organised work environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A current Australian driver's licence

This role also offers flexibility whether it is starting early or finishing late. Our workshop runs until midnight


A day in the life of our Accessory Fitters includes:
  • Preparing new vehicles for delivery
  • Fitting accessories including bull bars, tow bars, and protection equipment
  • Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring all work meets Ken Mills Toyota's quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with the Pre-Delivery and Service teams
  • Delivering work on time, every time — with pride and precision
