Are you a driven and passionate personal injury lawyer ready to take your career to the next level? Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Lawyer (2–5+ years PAE) to join their high-performing team. Whether you come from a plaintiff or defendant background, this is a rare opportunity to manage a stimulating caseload of high-value, complex matters, with exceptional paralegal support in a genuinely collegial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with a talented, approachable team on a variety of personal injury claims, including:

  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Medical negligence
  • Workers' compensation (statutory and common law)
  • Public liability

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running your caseload of litigated matters from start to finish
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with commercial acumen
  • Conducting thorough claim evaluations and assessing liability and quantum
  • Maintaining strong, empathetic client relationships
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
