We are currently seeking to appoint a Venue Manager (Duty Manager)to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving customer satisfaction and exert professionalism across the business.

In addition to leadership and people management skills, this role has many technical aspects in relation to club operations that are also essential. The successful candidate will be part of a rotating roster that is inclusive of weekends and overnights.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you must be able to demonstrate that you can:-

• Organise the service of the gaming floor, allocating tasks to team members, acting as a key point of escalation for any issues
• Manage the gaming paging system for maximum customer benefit
• Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities, upselling, handling complaints
• Conduct staff briefings
• Guide and develop employees to ensure they are providing an ultimate customer service experience to our customers
• Provide coaching, direction and correction/discipline when necessary through leadership
• Be an approachable club representative for customers and contractors
• Look after the security of employees who work inside and outside of the building
• Previous Club experience - Highly regarded
