Under God, CCIW has been blessed with significant growth in the last decade, and currently meets as six congregations across three sites that seeks to reach and serve our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ.**

CCIW is seeking a highly organised Office Manager to facilitate lead, and strengthen the smooth running of ministry programs at CCIW. The role will play a key part in supporting pastoral staff, managing office operations, and contributing to the effective administration of our church’s ministry programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Ministry administration**: Support pastoral staff with administrative tasks for weekly services, baptisms, funerals, and weddings, including managing communications, bookings, registers, and payments.
- **Venue Management**: Oversee venue bookings for across our church facilities, maintain the calendar, and ensure smooth coordination with external hirers, tracking usage and billing.
- **Columbarium (Memorial Garden) Management**: Oversee the management of the Memorial Garden, coordinating ash interments, working with families to complete the necessary paperwork, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date.
- **Property Management**: Take responsibility for routine and regular maintenance across the church sites, coordinating necessary repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring the sites are in good working order.
- **Office Management**: Maintain and ensure the effective use of office equipment, manage daily mail and deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe, and stocked reception area. Troubleshoot IT issues and assist staff with technology as needed.
- **Process Improvement**: Regularly review and suggest improvements to office and property management procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations.
