Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns specifically tailored to Russian and CIS consumers, supporting regional sales objectives while considering local cultural nuances and preferences

- Advise executives on effective marketing strategies to penetrate and expand within the Russian-speaking markets, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, and other CIS countries

- Coordinate production of localized advertising campaigns, ensuring proper translation and cultural adaptation of marketing materials, and managing relationships with local media outlets

- Analyze consumer data specific to Russian and CIS markets, identifying unique purchasing patterns and preferences that differ from Western markets

- Monitor and interpret consumer trends within the region, accounting for economic conditions specific to each CIS country

- Research potential demand for products and services in various CIS markets, recognizing the different regulatory environments and consumer needs in each country

- Support business growth by developing marketing objectives tailored to the unique challenges of operating in post-Soviet markets

- Commission market research focused specifically on Russian-speaking consumers, utilizing local research firms with expertise in the region

- Provide guidance on marketing elements such as pricing strategies (accounting for different economic conditions across CIS countries), effective promotional channels, and distribution methods that work within local infrastructure

Essential Qualifications

Doctorate level of education, a Diploma degree in marketing or communications

Alternatively, a vocational qualification in a related field with in- depth, practical experience in marketing for a period of time no less than 3-5 years.

Essential Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, marketing

  2. Compliance and making agreements with possible enterprise and educational partners in Russia and CIS region.

  3. Strong knowledge of CRICOS, ESOS Act, National Code 2018, and ASQA guidelines.

  4. Experience reviewing marketing content for compliance, accuracy, and transparency.

  5. Ability to conduct audits, prepare compliance reports, and implement corrective actions.

  6. Excellent communication skills to train and advise marketing staff and education agents.

  7. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  8. Experience working with digital marketing, social media both with international platforms, both with Russian (Yandex, VK), and

  9. agent recruitment (preferred).

  10. Fluent Russian language
