This role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage and execute across all aspects of marketing, PR, events, sponsorship's, and website oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and digital assets, ensuring they can effectively market the products and services with an industry-aligned approach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and physical channels
  • Manage social media platforms ensuring regular, high-quality content
  • Own and optimise the company's SEO strategy
  • Plan and execute paid marketing efforts where applicable
  • Manage reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance
  • Manage all external PR efforts including press releases, media outreach, and industry partnerships
  • Plan and execute company events including conferences, networking events, investor roadshows, and industry summits
  • Oversee website management ensuring regular updates, new content uploads, structural improvements
  • Manage all branded merchandise from design to production

What You Bring
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, digital assets or fintech
  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, and social media strategies
  • Experience managing sponsorships and partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging
  • Hands-on experience managing events from concept to execution
  • Proficiency in website management with understanding of CMS platforms and SEO best practices
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
