Our brand is synonymous with best-practice operations, exceptional product quality, reliability, outstanding customer service, and unparalleled after-sales care. With over two decades of industry leadership, Australian Turf continues to thrive, guided by our core principles.
About the Role
Are you ready to shape the future of marketing using AI and data-driven strategies?
Australian Turf is looking for a forward-thinking AI Performance Marketer to lead the charge in transforming how we manage marketing campaigns, optimise conversions, and integrate AI into every layer of our marketing strategy.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, loves exploring cutting-edge AI tools, and has a proven track record in performance marketing, CRM optimisation, and conversion rate growth.
As our AI Performance Marketer, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. Your mission will be to drive campaign performance and maximise ROI by integrating our CRM with marketing platforms and automating workflows using AI.
You'll be the architect of smarter, faster, more efficient marketing systems — identifying opportunities for automation, building AI-powered workflows, and upskilling our team to get the most out of these tools across a range of disciplines.
This is a hands-on, technical role that requires expertise in marketing analytics, campaign management, and coding. You'll also play a key role in educating and empowering the marketing team to embrace AI, making you the go-to expert for innovation across the business.
What You'll Do
- Optimise marketing performance across digital campaigns with a focus on conversions and measurable ROI.
- Innovate and implement AI-powered workflows to streamline marketing processes and boost efficiency.
- Integrate our CRM with marketing platforms, ensuring data flows seamlessly across campaigns, sales, and customer journeys.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise spend, and improve conversion rates.
- Optimise landing pages and website experiences to increase lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs.
- Upskill and support the marketing team to confidently adopt and use AI tools.
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies, bringing new solutions and innovations to the business.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to set strategy, monitor success, and drive company-wide improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing, CRM management, CRO, or similar data-driven marketing roles.
- Strong technical skills, including coding experience in HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and reporting, with a data-first approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on experience integrating CRMs with marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools such as n8n, Zapier, ChatGPT, or HubSpot AI features.
- A passion for innovation, with the ability to identify efficiency gains and process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for simplifying complex systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor others.
Why Join Us
At Australian Turf, we're not just growing premium lawns — we're growing the future of turf marketing. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape the direction of AI-driven marketing within a dynamic and evolving business.
- Work alongside a passionate team who embrace innovation and collaboration.
- Play a pivotal role in how technology and marketing come together to deliver exceptional results.
- Enjoy a supportive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
Ideal Background
This role would suit a:
- Performance Marketing Specialist looking to level up with AI-driven strategies.
- CRM Integration Specialist who wants to take their skills into the marketing space.
- CRO Expert passionate about AI and optimising customer journeys and conversions.
- Tech-savvy marketer ready to experiment with automation and cutting-edge AI.
