Job Summary

The Senior Solutions Architect Manager is responsible for leading a team of solutions architects, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, client requirements analysis, and effective communication.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Analyze client needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical leadership.
