Architectural Draftsperson

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Designer who is confident using Revit and can manage end-to-end documentation for residential and commercial projects. You must have a strong understanding of Australian standards and council requirements, and be capable of preparing CDC, DA and CC documentation packages through to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and document full architectural drawing packages in Revit.
• Manage and finalise CDC, DA and CC documentation for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, builders and engineers as required.
• Upload and submit documentation through relevant council and NSW Planning Portals.
• Ensure compliance with BCA/NCC and local council standards.
• Make design refinements and updates as required through approval stages.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (must know it inside out).
• Proven experience documenting CDC, DA and CC packages.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and council processes.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with residential and light commercial projects.
• Understanding of planning portals and online lodgement systems.
• Qualification in Architecture, Building Design or related field.
