Office / Sales Administrator

My client is a leading import company supplying general merchandise to some of Australia's largest supermarket chains. They're on the lookout for an experienced Office / Sales Administrator to become an integral part of our team.
They offer some flexibility regarding hours and working from home but this is predominantly an office based position with full time hours. The office in the heart of Armadale
About the Role
Reporting to two Account Managers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day admin support to Account Managers
- Coordinating with suppliers and retailers to ensure excellent service
- Tracking, labelling, and organising product samples
- Managing project deadlines
- Maintaining account records and updating statuses
- Supporting wider teams with customer service needs
- Being part of the excitement as products go from concept to shelf
About You
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about product and process
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident working independently and providing proactive support
- Strong customer service and administrative capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
- Experience using is a plus—but not essential
