Clinic Receptionist – Full Time or Part Time.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, mature-minded, and dedicatedexceptional Clinic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Skin Angel, is a well-respected and renowned skin health clinic located in the prestigious location of Armadale's High Street. The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will possess exceptional presentation, customer service skills, be highly motivated, and well-organised.

Established in 2016, our commitment to the well-being of skin has earned us a reputation as a foremost authority in delivering exceptional care with attention to detail. Our success stems from our expertise, professional excellence, and unwavering dedication to serving clients. 

Previous experience in a reception role, an understanding of appointment scheduling or experience with MindBody software will be looked upon extremely favourably. It would be ideal if completing the Associate Degree or Bachelor of Clinical Aesthetics in Applied Health Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk by welcoming clients, answering phone inquiries and emails with professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client records
  • Processing gift vouchers & product sales
  • Picking and packing of online skincare orders
  • Performing routine administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, unpacking stock orders, arranging product displays
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front desk and clinic environment
  • Representing Skin Angel with a friendly and welcoming demeanour at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A passion for skin health and a client-first approach that aligns with the Skin Angel
  • Confident, proactive attitude
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • An ethical and genuine approach to all aspects of our business
  • A willingness to continuously learn and embrace guidance.
