About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Coordinator – Electronics. This role is ideal for applicants looking to build their career in electronics procurement and administration, supporting our purchasing and supply chain operations. You will play a key part in the coordination of sourcing, supplier communications, documentation, and order process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing activities for electronic components and materials
  • Assist with supplier communication, order placement, and tracking both locally and internationally
  • Maintain records, process purchase orders, and generate reports using SAP B1 and Excel
  • Research alternate suppliers and prepare pricing comparisons
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics to meet production needs
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve supply chain challenges and enhance purchasing processes
  • Handle routine administrative tasks related to procurement and inventory management

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in administration or procurement support role preferred, but not essential
  • Familiarity with procurement or inventory systems (SAP B1/Excel) is an advantage—willingness to learn is key
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in technology, electronics, or supply chain processes
