We are currently seeking a confident, highly-motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to assist with the management of the portfolio.

As one of our Commercial Property Managers you will work closely with our highly-experienced Commercial Leasing & Property Management team within a busy but vibrant industry that offers new challenges and versatility on a daily basis, an exciting team environment and growth opportunities to further develop yourself for a long-term career in real estate.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Management of a commercial portfolio
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio
  • Liaising with Landlords and Prospective Tenants
  • Re-Leasing the existing portfolio
  • Regular training and ongoing professional development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Completed their Agents Representative certificate
  • Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills
  • A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Reliable car and driver's license
  • Ideally located within a 20min drive from the office.

Skills & Experience

Successful Commercial Property Manager's come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate you do need a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
