An exciting new opportunity has become available for a **Ecommerce Coordinator** to join the sass & bide family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

This role would report to the Ecommerce Manager and would suit someone who has experience in a similar role and looking for an opportunity to develop their career with an Australia designer label

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage all website content & imagery
- Upload & enrich new products in line with range launches
- Assist with merchandising the site
- Monitor stock deliveries and receipting to online channels
- Ensure all site content is up-to-date and accurate for product, pricing and promotions
- Liaise with external photography studios to organise and run ecomm shoots
- Book models and arrange for samples to be sent to external photography studios for ecomm shoots
- Create and manage areas of site content including look books and campaign pages
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure timely delivery of images for product launches
- Liaise with Myer to ensure products are uploaded to portals ready to be enriched ahead of range launches
- Enrich new products in line with product drops
- Check promotions have correctly been applied and notify relevant partners of any errors
- Submit weekly merchandising updates to ensure new arrivals and best sellers are prioritised
- Update promotions in internal Daily Sales Tracker
- Maintain store listings on website and Google My Business
- Update Google Analytics with relevant annotations
- Daily product tagging in Foursixty
- Overall housekeeping of website and channels
- Support Ecommerce Managers for brands

**We are seeking the following attributes**:

- Previous experience in ecommerce; with knowledge of ecommerce principles and processes
- Marketing/Communications or other relevant degree would be advantageous
- Experience in retail marketing administration or coordination, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience in Magento preferred
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- You have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships
- You are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues
- You provide feedback as & when required, to all levels of the business
- You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results
- You’re a strong, clear & concise communicator
