About the RoleWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Swim Instructors to join our team in our Lane Cove facility. This casual position is perfect for people who love working with children, are passionate about water safety, and are looking for flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Learn to Swim lessons for children and adults
- Promote water confidence and safe aquatic practices
- Create a fun, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth class operations
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy teaching
- Are a confident swimmer
- Love working with kids and contributing to their development
- Are reliable, punctual, and a team player
Qualifications (Required or Willing to Obtain):
- SISSS00112 – Swim Teacher / Learn to Swim Certification
- HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
No experience? No problem For a limited time we're offering complimentary training to help you become a qualified Swim Instructor through our nationally accredited course at Southern Education.
