Earl's Turf - Taree

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused team member to join Earl's Turf. Starting at 2 days per week with the opportunity to increase hours. This role enjoys a mix of responsibilities that will keep every day exciting while helping us deliver outstanding service.

As part of the Earl's Turf Team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service – guide customers to the right turf solutions and ensure their needs are met with care.
  • Engage with customers – respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries with efficiency and warmth.
  • Grow our network – connect with new customers and develop long-term partnerships with local councils, landscapers, builders, and developers.
  • Logistics management – assist in the management of turf deliveries within the Mid Coast and North Coast regions of NSW.
  • Strengthen relationships – follow up with customers to build trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Manage transactions – process payments smoothly and accurately, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Represent our brand – be the friendly, professional face of Earl's Turf in every interaction.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn - you are ready to take ownership of your role.
  • Organised with excellent administration and computer skills (experience with Xero & Microsoft Office is a plus).
  • An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and strong written and spoken English.
  • A people person – you're dedicated to delivering quality customer service and solving problems.

  • Detail-oriented – you'll ensure every task is handled with care and precision

  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
