Bearly Jan's Bakery is seeking an experienced and reliable baker to join our busy production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality Vietnamese baguettes (Banh Mi) and other bakery items for ex example: Pies, Bread, Burger, Roll,...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake Vietnamese bread (Banh Mi) using traditional techniques.
  • Prepare and bake Pies, Bread.
  • Operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • Monitor dough fermentation, consistency, and baking quality
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily demand
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to food safety standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a baker
  • Experience with Vietnamese-style bread is highly desirable
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and in a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Trade qualifications in baking are an advantage

Employment Terms:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Wages $35/hours. Paid weekly
  • Salary: AUD $75,000 – $80,000 per year plus 12% superannuation
  • Work location: Unit 5A 64-66 Bannister Road, Canning Vale, WA 6155
  • Immediate start available
