About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-level HR professional with experience across generalist HR functions and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage performance and disciplinary processes
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
  • Manage return-to-work coordination and WorkCover claims
  • Provide timely support and advice on HR enquiries
  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives
  • Organise HR-related meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Support employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture

About you:

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
