At WorkHaven, we help workplaces step up in the areas that matter most - respect, inclusion, and awareness around domestic and family violence (DFV). Our training, resources, and communications empower leaders and teams to respond with confidence and compassion.

Now, we're seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager who can combine senior-level credibility with the freedom and flexibility of subcontracting. This is a role for someone who wants the satisfaction of meaningful work - building safer, more respectful workplaces while keeping the autonomy to set their own rhythm and integrate this work alongside other professional or personal commitments.

  • Building and strengthening relationships with corporate clients who want to create safer, more respectful workplaces.
  • Connecting decision-makers to our training, resources, and communications packages.
  • Opening doors for speaking opportunities that amplify WorkHaven's message and thought leadership. Identifying and engaging affiliate partners.
  • Driving business growth while shaping the future of a growing organisation.

The practical bits:

Subcontract role
– manage your own tax/super, and enjoy the freedom that comes with it.

16 flexible hours per week
– we care about outcomes, not timesheets.

Remote
– work from anywhere with Wi-Fi (and your favourite coffee).

6-month initial contract
