What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and engaging with customers, building friendly and professional rapport
  • Taking service bookings and enquiries over the phone
  • Managing daily bookings and helping coordinate workshop priorities
  • Liaising with Service Managers and Technical Advisors to keep things running smoothly
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Processing payments and submitting warranty claims
  • Booking and organising courtesy cars
  • Contributing to a supportive and positive team environment

A current driver's licence is essential.
