Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and process POD's and undertake monthly invoicing and reporting functions.
  • Work with management to maintain compliance with NHVR & Main Roads  requirements; Mass, Maintenance and Fatigue Accreditation ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Arrange and coordinate NHVR, Main Roads and customer audits, when required.
  • Analyze work diary records using log-checker software, generate reports with corrective actions.
  • Maintain customer portals with accurate company, driver, insurance and policy data, as required
  • Assist management in developing, updating and executing company policies and procedures, if required.
  • WHS system maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting software minor issues

The right candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of transport regulations, fatigue management, and CoR requirements, with 1+ year of experience in the transport compliance industry working in a similar role, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills working in web-based programs, MS office products and online portals
  • Excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work independently

  • WHS system knowledge/experience advantageous
