Working with us, you'll be part of an experienced, professional team, have opportunities to take on new challenges, and contribute to a company that values reliability, teamwork, excellence, and above all, its people.About the role:·       Prepare and process a high volume of invoices, which represents a primary function of the role·       Consistently ensure invoicing is compliant with contract rates and requirements·       Prepare and process credit notes (minimal)·       Prepare and process statements after end of month·       Obtain purchase order numbers for invoices where required·       Maintain debtors within company payment terms (minimal)·       Process credit card payments·       Reconcile daily payments·       Create and maintain client files·       Assist with month end procedures·       Prepare operator timesheetsWhat we're looking for:·       Accounts professional with 4+ years' experience in AR or AP·       Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment·       Proactive, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team·       Experience with Excel and Teams is a plusWhy join us:·       Long-term career with opportunities to grow and develop your skills·       Be part of a supportive, experienced team·       Work for a trusted and established company that truly values its people Take the next step in your career with Power Pumping today.
