Backed by a large, modern fleet and a skilled crew, we support civil contractors, industrial sites, local councils and infrastructure providers. We span Australia's East Coast from Northern NSW > South East Qld > Central Qld > North Qld, and additionally throughout North and West Adelaide.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented Accounts Receivable Officer to join Power Pumping. Working with us, you'll be part of an experienced, professional team, have opportunities to take on new challenges, and contribute to a company that values reliability, teamwork, excellence, and above all, its people.

About the role:

·       Prepare and process a high volume of invoices, which represents a primary function of the role

·       Consistently ensure invoicing is compliant with contract rates and requirements

·       Prepare and process credit notes (minimal)

·       Prepare and process statements after end of month

·       Obtain purchase order numbers for invoices where required

·       Maintain debtors within company payment terms (minimal)

·       Process credit card payments

·       Reconcile daily payments

·       Create and maintain client files

·       Assist with month end procedures

·       Prepare operator timesheets

What we're looking for:

·       Accounts professional with 4+ years' experience in AR or AP

·       Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·       Proactive, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team

·       Experience with Excel and Teams is a plus
